The challenge

Visual feedback can lose important context between noticing an issue and assigning the fix. Repeated problems across pages also need to be grouped so review stays useful.

My work

• Developed a reusable workflow for turning a page observation into a task with a screenshot, page reference and clear description.
• Supported project and assignee selection so findings could reach the right place.
• Extended the approach to responsive audits and mobile screenshots.
• Grouped shared issues across affected pages.
• Used AI assistance to prepare local fixes while keeping a review step before changes entered the release process.

Result

The workflow was used on development-site work to create contextual QA tasks and prepare local fixes for review, connecting design inspection, issue tracking and implementation.
